bottle date: 22/05/2025 For this second and limited batch of Rabarber/Schaarbeekse, we blended a Schaarbeekse kriekenlambik that macerated for over a year, and a rhubarb lambik that macerated and matured on oak for over eighteen months. The weighted average age of this fruit lambik is over 22 months. The final fruit intensity of this blend is 472 grams of rhubarb and Schaarbeekse sour cherries combined per litre.
