MMXXIII/MMXXIV True-Nature (2023/2024)

This beer was made using 2023 biodynamic Kerner grape pomace from Johan Vineyards in the Van Duzer Corridor, 2024 organic Balaton cherries from the Old Weddle Farm courtesy of OPMA, and 2024 organic red raspberries from Sidhu Farms in the Puyallup Valley. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle. Bottled 6/12/2025 Conditioned with: Organic cane sugar. Cellar: Best before summer 2027.
