Huckleberry Cobbler

Huckleberry Cobbler was made in collaboration with @barntownbrewing from Iowa. Huckleberry Cobbler features primo organic honey from Brazil, paired with blue huckleberries from the mountain west. The mead is finished on gluten-free graham crackers and Brazilian Amburana staves. This one is a absolute powerhouse. Beautiful burgundy color, optically perfect. This one has incredible aromatics and a wonderful flavor profile. Big bold berries followed by elegant spices and a chewy texture.
