Tears of St Laurent

Hailing from our own vineyard on the southern slopes of Pálava, these hand-picked St Laurent grapes are among the most aromatic from the region. Tears of St Laurent is a dark crimson ale with a rich character of grapes, plums and sour cherries. Spontaneous fermentation and years of ageing in oak barrels result in a very wine-like experience.
