Lust (2021-03) Cherries

Fruit wine made from organic sour cherries, local apples and grapes. Fermented in a tank, finished in barrels for 3 months. Funky cider with notes of bitter almond, cherry flesh and earthy herbs. Harvest of 2021, batch no. 03-2021.
