Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the Pinot Meunier Tilquin sur marc is made from the fermentation of 100 g Pinot Meunier pomace (pressed grapes) by liter of lambic. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle.
