Sixth Chapter (Bourbon Barrel Aged)

This imperial stout was patiently aged for 18–24 months in a complex blend of Bourbon barrels from Buffalo Trace and Heaven Hill, alongside Brazilian Cachaça barrels from Prosa Mineira. The long maturation imparts deep layers of vanilla, toasted oak, caramel, coconut, and gentle spice from the bourbon barrels, while the cachaça casks contribute bright sugarcane notes, herbal nuances, and a distinctive Brazilian character. Conditioned with specialty coffee, adding notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and roasted nuts, and finished with peanut butter cream, which brings a rich, velvety mouthfeel and nutty sweetness that seamlessly integrates with the barrel complexity. Bold yet balanced, this stout delivers an intense and elegant drinking experience, where oak, spirits, coffee, and peanut butter converge into a layered and contemplative barrel-aged beer.
