Neither / Nor (2024)

This beer was created from a blend of saison fermented and aged in oak and tank on second-use organic peaches and pluots, including thirteen varieties of stone fruit from Collins Family Orchards. After aging for over a year, the beers were combined and then dry hopped with two vintages of Columbus grown at Loza Farms in the Yakima Valley. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle. Bottled 09/10/2025 Conditioned with: Organic sugar. Cellar: This beer will age very gracefully. Best by Summer 2030.
