Pêche de vigne (2024 - Bottle)

Blend of 1 and 2 yearsnold lambics with maceration of red vineyard peaches from the Rhone Valley. The young and old lambics were consecutively macerated with the fruit using our Boerenerf maceration method. The blend is then finished with a single barrel of our cherry eine, destined for Kri Vino, before bottling
