bottling date: 20/06/2023 For this Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston, we blended four different barrels and eight different lambikken. Half of the lambikken were two- and three-year old, rendering the weighted average age to virtually two years on the moment of bottling and 48 months on the moment of release. More than 90% of the total grain bill consisted of locally sourced cereals from our Pajottenland cereal collective.
