Maris Otter, dextrin and a touch of wheat in the mash. Early centennial, followed by Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops from whirlpool through to the dry hop. Crisp clean with a nice bitter finish, aroma's of melon, mango and soft tropical fruits with a touch of dank pine carry it home.
