bottling date: 29/03/2022 For this specific Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken that originate from four different barrels and four different brews. This blend is particular in that sense that we used two-, three- and four-year old lambikken only, rendering the weighted average age of this bottle to more than 31 months upon bottling.
