Siemàn

Italian real farmhouse brewery located in Berici Hills, near Vicenza. We are three brothers, and "Siemàn" means "six hands" in our local dialect. We grow vineyards, we produce natural raw wine, we produce sour and wild beers using our local ingredients, in particular our grapes. Most of beers mature in oak barrels and are spontaneously fermented by our indigenous yeasts and bacteria. We also produce fresh and clean lagers, hoppy ales and pale ales.
