At Lindemans Brewery, we apply the traditional spontaneous fermentation method to brew our authentic lambic and produce our specialty beers. These include the authentic Oude Gueuze Cuvée René and Oude Kriek Cuvée René, with their sparkling and slightly dry flavour, our best-selling Kriek with refreshing cherries, and award-winning, mixed fermentation blends Tarot Noir and Tarot d'Or.
