Triple Barrel Catch Hell (2026)

Triple Barrel Catch Hell, a beer we've released before, though here we've pushed further into it. A dizzying array of wood. Willett, Eagle Rare, Russel's Reserve, Buffalo Trace and Weller at different ages combine across each round of barreling. Prior release saw quicker aging intervals, but '26 has a total barrel time of 33 months with a resonate, commensurate expression. As is with Catch Hell, the recipe leans into finer points of snappy Saigon cinnamon and sleepy Vanilla. A first pour submits the feeble carbonation within seconds. To be clear, this beer has been on a production voyage of every sort. To stack all of these labored qualities and have one sip meld into something singular, is a small miracle.
