This Bourbon-Maple Barrel Aged Imperial Stout was inspired by a gratuitous and wholly necessary post-Pastrytown breakfast where freshly sliced bananas, candied walnuts, and rich maple syrup oozed over a life-saving stack of cinnamon-dusted Belgian waffles.
