bottling date 09/02/2023 For this small batch Pruim, we macerated Queen Victoria plums from a small Limbourg organic farm on an oak barrel, for six months. For macerating and blending, we used two-year and three-year old lambikken, rendering the weighted average age to more than 26 months. The fional fruit intensity is 323 grams of fruit per litre of Pruim. 80% of the cereals used for the brews were sourced in Pajottenland. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
