Wine/Wild Berries Hybrid, Frozen. Fruits wine hybrid after a month of fermentation in Qvevri, it ages in bottles for half a year, then wild berries join for three months of secondary fermentation. Freeze and the final touch is a year of aging in second Qvevri.
