Elderberry and blackberry mead with cinnamon and vanilla. Elderberries pack the mead with deep color, tannins, rich dark fruit flavors and subtle notes of licorice, while the blackberries bring a fresh acidity and bright fruit flavors to the mix. A light touch of cinnamon and vanilla plays a supporting role, adding a culinary twist that transforms the mead into something reminiscent of a dessert fruit sauce.
