Roseate (Blend #7, 2024 Harvest, Bottled 2025)

Ale Fermented in Oak Roseate is a series of blended beers utilizing reserved quantities of fruit and botanicals. Blend #7. This beer was blended from a selection of barrel aged mixed culture saison which were refermented on second-use organic fruit from the 2024 harvest including peaches, raspberries, and cherries. During and after refermentation the blend macerated with select foraged and organic botanicals as well as blood orange and makrut lime. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle. Bottled 08/06/2025 Conditioned with: Organic cane sugar. Cellar: Best before summer 2028.
