Dimensions of Time - 10 (Maple Bourbon)

Dimensions of Time is our barrel-aged imperial stout blends for the Dimensions of Time Barrel Project membership. These beers sat between 13-20 months in a variety of barrels. For the blend, we have 4 Maple Bourbon barrels, Old Fitz 7yr, and Stagg Jr. Each variant of D.o.T is meant to inspire thoughtfulness to the complexity and nuance, or dimensions, of the beer over time.
