Chimay is the Belgian beer that inspired Belgian-inspired beers. Brewed by Cistercian monks since 1862 at Scourmont Abbey, Chimay belongs to a community of only 11 Trappist breweries in the world. Chimay’s signature beers include the Grande Réserve (Blue), the Première (Red), the Cinq Cents (White), and the Dorée (Gold).
