Именно этого числа, отмечается Международный Праздник – День Лентяя. Можете гуглить, если не верите.   Только в этот день, будет представлена новая бочковая версия Страны Лентяев, от Четырёх Пивоваров и Отцов, а также другие редкие, крепкие и вкусные миды, брагготы, меломели и другие медовые малоизученные сорта.

Mede; de oudste drank van de wereld. Vol passie gemaakt bij Northern Mead met echte honing. Een traditionele mede heeft alleen honing als smaakmaker. Deze mede heeft een zoete honingsmaak met een vol bloemenaroma dat het honingkarakter benadrukt.

Bohemian Mead

A stone fruit mead made with tart cherries, dark sweet cherries, peaches, black plums and apricots.

1 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 5

A Blackberry, Apple, Strawberry, Cherry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Grape, Peach and Pear Mead aged on a blend of hardwoods for a massive fruit punch experience.

Wild Thai Mocha is a little mashup we’ve been toying with for a few months. It’s made with Wild Thai Bananas, estate grown Cacao Nibs and Hazelnut Coffee beans.

A mead made with Lingonberries from Scandinavia, Sea Buckthorns from the Pacific Northwest, Wild Blueberries and Blackberries then aged on Oak.

Ed Sauce

A Boysenberry, Blueberry and Concord Grape PB&J mead aged in Bourbon, Whiskey, Rye Whiskey and Apple Brandy Barrels for 15 months before being blended.

With the barrel aging emerges some chocolate vibes from the wood.  The Apple Brandy front and center.

A fun departure from the usual Reboog experience.

Quad Barrel Aged Reboog Cuvee

“Final Act” is a mixed fruit melomel featuring a blend of Bramble berries. For those not hip to the lingo, those are berries that generally look like raspberries ie appear in clusters.


For this particular product, we used a blend of boysenberries, black mulberries, raspberries, and blackberries. We then gently aged it on a bit of French Oak.

Final Act

Tripartite is a Pyment style mead made with my three favorite red wine varietals.  40% Cabernet Sauvignon from California, 40% Malbec from Chile and 20% Shiraz from Australia. 

In keeping with the theme of three; we’ve used three different oaks.  American, French and European/Slovakian oak all in the mix. 

Each of the three oaks is toasted to a unique level of char; again, keeping with the theme of three.

We fermented Tripartite with a strain commonly used for high intensity Shiraz and South African Pinotage.

Tripartite

Mamane honey comes from the big island of Hawaii. Dark gold in color. In the raw I get delicate florals and a rich buttery character from the honey. 

We allowed this one to naturally ferment briefly before adding a blend of yeasts to finish the fermentation.

Bold yellow color.  Optically perfect clarity.  On the nose I get apple and florals.  After fermenting the honey flavors have really opened up. I get pineapple, fresh melon, citrus, guava and some honey crisp apple.

Enjoy at room temp or slightly chilled.

Mamane

An acerglyn style mead made using boysenberries, black mulberries, raspberries and blackberries paired with genuine Vermont maple syrup and Madagascar vanilla beans.

Just Waffles v3.0

A sweet melomel made with wild, pesticide free blueberries from Canada plus black currants from Poland.  Then aged on toasted French Oak.

Black & Blue

A mead made with the juice of over 1,000lbs of Turkish pomegranates, domestically sourced blackberries and finished with Vietnamese Ceylon Cinnamon.

Evil Mjød

Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp features nearly a ton of perfectly ripened Grade A Fancy Strawberries from the US and Chile.  We paired the strawberries with Organic Rhubarb from the Great Lakes region and some primo Organic Honey.  

The mead was finished on a combination of Gluten Free Graham Crackers and Brazilian Amburana Staves.

Lovely color and radiant clarity.  Boisterous aromatics and harmonious flavors of strawberry and honey with a bit of graham and spice from the Amburana.  The rhubarb offering a bit of acidity to cut the sweetness.  We’re really pleased with this one and think you will be too.

Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

Huckleberry Cobbler was made in collaboration with @barntownbrewing from Iowa. 

Huckleberry Cobbler features primo organic honey from Brazil, paired with blue huckleberries from the mountain west. The mead is finished on gluten-free graham crackers and Brazilian Amburana staves.

This one is a absolute powerhouse. Beautiful burgundy color, optically perfect.  This one has incredible aromatics and a wonderful flavor profile.  Big bold berries followed by elegant spices and a chewy texture.
