Our new series of smoothie sours is dedicated to anyone who’s ever asked; “why can’t beer just taste like beer?”. 

Jam-packed with unfermented fruit for the freshest aromas and flavours, featuring ripe strawberries, sweet banana, and the tropical taste of creamy coconut. 

Thicc, juicy and outrageously tasty in every stoopid sip.

To celebrate 5 years of sour beer we brewed something extra-special - a style that put this brewery on the map. 999G/L Apricot Raspberry Birthday Cake showcases the essence of what we do at Vault City: a delicately sour mixed fermentation beer with a ridiculous fruiting rate of 999 grams per litre, the legal limit of what we can use while still calling it a beer. 

This intense smoothie sour is the 5th of its kind from Vault City. It’s thick, juicy, and totally unforgettable.

Bright, refreshing, and stunning pink in colour, this thirst-quencher showcases the tropical duo of lychee & guava, creating intense flavours of both fruits among subtle notes of pear from our sour base beer.

Introducing Strawberry Supernova; a piece of Vault City history brewed in celebration of our 5th birthday. A mighty explosion of flavours against glittering, star-studded skies.

Imagine all the mouth-watering flavours of juicy strawberries and cream from our original Skies series dialled up to 10.5%, now in a clear bottle showcasing the addition of sparkling gold glitter.

Imagine a dollop of soft vanilla ice cream dropped into a fresh glass of fizzy Iron Brew. This sweet scoop, surrounded by a moat of orange-y goodness, is known as a float.  

An iconic dessert with a Scottish twist, gets twisted twice for our latest brew and dialled up to 5.5%.
