Представим вам новые и необычные ламбики от молодых звезд Bofkont, Boerenerf и Donck. Дополним картину двумя свежими релизами корифеев Cantllon.  Ламбики с выдержкой в бочках от бурбона и кленового сиропа, с мацерацией на сливе, с виноградными персиками в бочках от вишневого вина, c добавлением мякоти какао(!), а также абрикосовый и ревеневый ламбик. Дегустацию будет проводить совладелец Cafe Etudes Василий Смирнов.

1, 2 & 3 years old lambic. Blended together in 2021 and aged for 28 months on bourbon barrels and ex Canadian bourbon aged maple syrup barrels.

From Canada with Love (2021)

1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with a small variety of Spanish plums.

In 2022 we tasted a small beautiful plum from Spain, the parfume and taste was heaven on earth. 

In 2024 we had the opportunity to have a small amount of plums again. This year we blended the plums with a small amount of black muscat lambic that aged one year on a Bordeaux barrel.

Lady in Red (2024)

Blend of 1 and 2 yearsnold lambics with maceration of red vineyard peaches from the Rhone Valley. The young and old lambics were consecutively macerated with the fruit using our Boerenerf maceration method. The blend is then finished with a single barrel of our cherry eine, destined for Kri Vino, before bottling

Pêche de vigne (2024 - Bottle)

Blend of a Cacao fruit sour ale and lambic from 2022 enriched with 1 year old Cacao fruit lambic. Fermented with fresh, white pulp of the Cacao fruit- not the bean
