I've said it many times before, but this blend is the essence of what we're looking for from a Preserves blend. The aroma is like biting into a fresh Palisade peach, it's just straight peach juice. The body is rich with lower acidity than normal for these blends. Incredibly drinkable and refreshing.

This beer is truly unique, not only because it is the first time that we have used Colorado Green Bartlett Pears in a beer, but also because of the distinct white wine characteristics and flavor profile. The carbonation is palate cleansing with each sip and is drinking great right now but will also continue to age gracefully for years to come.

Vanilla Medianoche began with a blend of Medianoche batches aged 21 to 39 months in a myriad of different barrels; Blanton’s Bourbon, Sazerac Rye 18-year Rye, Buffalo Trace Rye, Henry McKenna 10-year Bottled in Bond Bourbon, Law's Whiskey House Rye, Weller 12-year Bourbon, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, and Buzzards Roost Bourbon. Following the blending process, this Imperial Stout was aged on Madagascar Vanilla beans for an additional month to develop deep, rich flavors and aromas. Delight in decadent notes of freshly baked vanilla sponge cake, dry oak, and a hint of milk chocolate, followed by a sweet custard finish.

Deep Orbit is back and this time we crushed it with chocolate sandwich cookies AND barrel aged it. So yeah, it tastes like Oreos dunked in imperial stout.
