A Stout Collab made in Heaven! Brouwerij Kees ging een samenwerking aan met de legendarische brouwerij Pühaste uit Tartu, Estland. Geinspireerd door Pühaste’s Patt, wat in Estland “zonde” betekent, hebben we samen een dikke vette stout gebrouwen. Bij de eerste slok druipen tonen van koffie en chocolade er vanaf, gevolgd door een licht kruidige toets.
Ideaal als dessert, of gewoon om lekker van te genieten. Het is gewoon een zonde om dit bier niet te drinken.

Barrel Project 2025 Saison is a saison of 11.4%, which has been aged for no less than 20 months in brandy barrels. The long wood aging gives this complex beer warm notes of oak, dried fruit, and spiciness. Expect a refined balance between saison esters and barrel-aged depth. A unique barrel-aged beer for the adventurous enthusiast.

 This  Barley Wine that has been aged in Craigellachie barrels. As a result, in addition to its own caramelized character, and its delicious sweetness, it has now been nicely complemented with rich notes of cinnamon and spicy oak. And if you look closely you may even detect some notes of tangerines.

The first collab of 2025, and what a collab it is. Together with our friends from BlackOut Brewing from Romania, we brewed a thick Dark Barley Wine of 12.8%. A beer where the flavor splashes off on all sides, think delicious notes of caramel and a hint of toffee. After which its dark malt gives the beer a beautiful dark color. Spróng is a blend of wild ales varying from 6 months up to 4 years, with Sicilian sage. This vintage we tried to enhance the herbal qualities of the sage together with a fresh, and vibrant but yet characterful blend of several oak puncheons (500 and 400 liters) and a rustic saison.
The nose reveals herbal aromas of fresh sage, oak, bergamot zest, green jasmine tea, and even a subtle hint of mint. On the palate, the sage is well-integrated and complements the lemony, earthy, and funky notes from the beer. The acidity is balanced and not overpowering, which works well with the Spróng has a clean and refreshing aftertaste that invites another sip.
