Cantillon Loerik, or 'Lazy Boy' is a blend of one, two and three year-old lambics that creates a second fermentation in the bottle. Loerik, however, takes its sweet time... for some unknown reason, it just doesn't referment like a regular Cantillon Gueuze. But with time, the yeasts gather themselves, and the beer re-ferments, and the result is an exceptionally complex and extremely rare beer. Enjoy!

Gueuze Loerik

We make Utopias to challenge the perception of what beer can be. This boundary bending, barrel-aged beer blurs the line between beer and fine spirit. At 30%, it’s the badass of our brewery. Its reputation puts it on every beer drinker’s bucket-list.

While Utopias has long matured in charred whiskey barrels—some with histories stretching back nearly three decades—our 2025 blend ventures even further. Joining our traditional Ruby Port, Carcavelos, Cognac, and Scotch casks are Irish Whiskey, Amarone, and White Port barrels, each adding its own distinct character. Irish Whiskey brings notes of toasted oak and warm vanilla; Amarone contributes rich, wine-soaked fruit depth; and White Port imparts a delicate honeyed sweetness.

Oude Geuze Parrain

For Bottle brew we brewed a big malty Barley wine with a massive OG of 1.185. After the fermentation we aged it for 6 months in Bourbon barrel.

Juice Machine was originally devised and brewed to support our very first trip to Extreme Beer Festival in 2014. It is essentially a marriage of the King Julius malt bill with a hopping schedule more intense than than Very Green. The use of Magnum, Columbus, Amarillo, Citra, and Galaxy creates perhaps our most complex beer with unapologetic flavors of mango, creamy orange sorbet, papaya, and passion fruit with wave after wave of juicy hop flavor. In spite of its intensity, it is pillowy soft and drinks like a true pleasure - the embodiment of the Tree House ideal of hoppy beer. Never abrasive or harsh, It is just as enjoyable on the last sip as it is on the first. It is a mess of hop flavor that takes us to a place that few other of our beers do. It’s hop nirvana

Juice Machine

Our Double IPA! We smell a ton of peach on the nose, with complimentary notes of orange and passionfruit. The flavor is similar with a blast of citrus fruit & peach quickly followed by a bounty of tropical fruit.  A lingering and pleasant saturated hop oil finish awaits. . . . A real juice bomb of a beer!

Haze

Our cross-continental IPA! Made with Australian and American hops, this tropical heavy IPA opens up in the glass with notes of hugely flavorful notes of lemon-lime, pineapple, orange sorbet, and tangerine. It has a soft but pointed bitterness and a rich, velvety mouth feel. Intensely kettle and dry hopped yet balanced and flavorful, Green is a beloved crew  favorite here at Tree House!

Bursting with pungent American hops, Julius - our flagship American IPA - is a bright, juicy beer filled with flavors and aromas of mango, peach, passionfruit, and a melange of citrus juice. A soft, pillowy mouthfeel and rounded bitterness ensure Julius will never tire the palate - a true joy to drink!

Mystery Fern pours a creamy yellow color with a cloud of white foam rising above the glass. Nectaron swirls with Peacharine, bringing forth aromas of orange zest, juicy nectarines, and floral summer peaches. Following behind, Motueka brings a rush of ripe passionfruit and lime aroma, while Nelson lends subtle notes of white grape and lychee.

Brewed in honor of our newest team member, Harry Zelkowitz, this decadent maple sap pastry porter is a tribute to both craftsmanship and character. Conditioned on rich pecans, luscious caramel, and fragrant vanilla beans, it’s a liquid homage to the classic turtle sundae—indulgent, layered, and irresistibly sweet. Just like Harry himself, this beer brings a touch of warmth, charm, and sweetness to everything it touches.

Echoes (Willett)

A single Blanton's barrel which then held maple syrup before housing our Moksa collaboration stout for 36 months.  The Fun Guys from Moksa along with our pal Aaron Brzezina came up with the idea of adding mushrooms to a stout.  Candy Cap Mushrooms are the perfect addition to compliment and accentuate the maple barrel.  We then added some delicious vanilla beans from our friend Ted Jones.  Mushrooms are fun.

Created to celebrate a milestone in our journey, 700 is a commemorative Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout honoring the release of 700 labels by Croma.

Aged in Heaven Hill and Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels, this stout develops deep layers of vanilla, toasted oak, caramel, and dark chocolate. The addition of coconut enhances the barrel’s natural sweetness with notes of toasted flakes and cream, while hazelnut adds refined nutty depth and gentle roast. Finished with maple syrup, the beer gains a smooth, elegant sweetness that seamlessly ties together wood, malt, and adjuncts.

Rich, complex, and contemplative, 700 is a celebration of time, craftsmanship, and creativity—an expression of how far we’ve come, and a toast to what lies ahead.

The Turn (P3E6)

This Pruim features the Belle De Louvain, an ancient plum variety, popularly known in Brabant and Limburg province as Paterskloten and Hondskloten respectively. We sourced both these at Hoenshof in Limburg and at Willy’s orchard on the Wijngaardberg around Rotselaar. We macerated the entire plums for almost five months on lambik from five different barrels and five different brews. Finally, we blended with some young lambik before bottling. Final fruit intensity is 380 grams of Belle De Louvain plums per litre of Pruim. 100% 3 Fonteinen.

3 Fonteinen Pruim Belle De Louvain (season 20|21) Blend No. 9

Bottling date: 30/09/20 • 75cl

For this Oude Kriek Intens Rood, we macerated sour cherries for almost nine months partly on oak and partly on stainless steel. We chose both jonge and two-year oude lambikken for maceration, originating from four different barrels and seven different brews. We blended with another two jonge lambikken from one barrel and two brews.

The final fruit intensity is 458 grams of sour cherries per litre of Intens Rood. A part of this blend was bottled on 750 ml bottles and a part on magnums. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik.

3 Fonteinen Intens Rood (season 19|20) Blend No. 78

This Aardbei has shortly macerated on a stainless steel tank and then matured on a foeder for another two months. We used strawberries from Ferme Framboos that were hand-picked in the summer of 2020. 
We used a single jonge lambik, and we did not blend with any other lambik afterwards. The final fruit intensity amounts up to 623 grams of strawberries per litre of Aardbei.
