Sophia Lambic (2023)

A collaboration between Cantina Giardino and Cantillon. A blend of Greco di Tufo pomace and 2-year old lambic. Before being blended with the lambic, the grapes underwent a pellicular in amphora for almost a year. Bottled on 4 December 2023.
