3 Fonteinen Cask Finish Series: Armagnac

bottling date: 11/06/2024 bottle count: 1.298 For this Armagnac geuze, we blended lambikken from two small Armagnac barrels from Domaine Laballe, a nano Armagnac distillery from Paerleboscq, France. We aged two-and-a-half-year old lambikken for another good nineteen months before blending with some young lambik. The weighted average age of the blend amounts up to 36 months. All four lambikken used in this blend, have been brewed with cereals from Pajottenland.
