Black Silk

Black Silk is a roasted, but also smooth, double-mash Imperial Stout, carefully aged in ex-bourbon barrels. Over 18 months, the beer rested and evolved, developing a rich, complex character with deep malt flavors, warm barrel notes, and a velvety mouthfeel. Finished by a gentle touch of cacao nibs and vanilla beans. Best enjoyed at 12–14°C.
