The flavor of Festhaus Weizen is dominated by smooth notes of ripe banana and clove, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla and fresh white bread. Its natural fermentation gives it a characteristic cloudiness and a rich, creamy foam that make it especially appealing. Refreshing and slightly fruity, with a delicate tartness and velvety texture, it’s the perfect choice for warm days and friendly gatherings.
