Lagerbier Hell

Astérie Blanche

"Cloudy, smooth and mellow, the Blanche de Namur is a very high-quality wheatbeer. From the first sip, you will feel all its roundness and its delicacy that make it an outstanding wheatbeer.

Its qualities and the brewery’s know-how earned it the honour of being named the best wheatbeer in the world (2009)."

Schnitzei Weiße Hell

Scent: Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries.

Flavour: Sweet and fruity, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. An excellent dessert beer.

Delirium Red

Timmermans Pêche is made by adding 100% natural peach flavouring to lambic fermenting in oak barrels. This beer’s characteristic aroma is very pleasant on the nose, and it has a velvety flavour and a creamy foam. Timmermans Pêche is a fruity drink, very easy on the palate, to be drunk with a smile on one’s lips.

In Napoleon's time Pauwel Kwak was a brewer and the owner of the 'De Hoorn' inn in Dendermonde. Mail coaches stopped there every day. But at that time coachmen were not allowed to leave their coach and horses in order to have their thirst quenched along with their passengers. As a result, the inventive innkeeper had a special Kwak glass blown that could be hung on the coach. In this way the coachman had his Kwak beer safely at hand.

LOOK:
Kwak is recognisable by its deep bright amber colour and a dense, creamy coloured head. The pale wood of the glass holder makes a pleasant contrast with the beer.

SMELL:
You will smell a mellow, fruity and malty aroma with a slightly spicy character (coriander, hops). Additional earthy and very subtle aromas of banana and perhaps also a whiff of pineapple or mango in the background.

TASTE:
Discover a very mellow, fruity attack, a nougat-like solidity, and a slightly spicy character with hints of liquorice passing into a warm finish that reminds you of caramelised banana. The bitterness always remains in the background but in the end emerges delicately.

Commercial description by brewer : "Bourgogne des Flandres is the real taste of Bruges. The mixed fermentation is what makes this beer so special. The top-fermented brown ale is subtly blended with the best spontaneously fermented lambic, which is then matured in oak barrels for many months. It is this process that gives the red-brown beer a rich, creamy finish."
About the style: Even though "Bruin" suggests a style like "Old Brown" or "Brown Ale", this beer should definitively be classified as Flanders Red Ale (Category 23B in BJCP 2015), because its aromas and flavors are rather fruity than malty, it has mixed fermentation, it's aged in oak casks and its brewing location is in West Flanders.

Bourgogne des Flandres Brune / Bruin

Punk IPA is the beer that kick-started it. This light, golden classic has been subverted with new world hops to create an explosion of flavour. Bursts of caramel and tropical fruit with an all-out riot of grapefruit, pineapple and lychee, precede a spiky bitter finish. This is the beer that started it all - and it’s not done yet...

Malts:
Pale Ale, Caramalt

Hops:
Simcoe, Krush, Loral, Citra, Mosaic, Chinook.

The Bavarian brewers have been masters in their trade for centuries and therefore also brew excellent pils beers. Indeed it was a Bavarian master brewer that brewed the first beer according to the pilsner method in the town of Pilsen! The glimmering, light-yellow Ayinger Bairisch Pils has the fragrance of aromatic hops from the “Hallertau” region of Bavaria (only these are used in the Ayinger beer specialties!). The beer is highly fermented and therefore smooth on the initial taste sensation, but also mild and sparkling in body. Our pils is accentuated by the floweriness of the hops aroma and has a more pronounced bitterness on swallowing, which quickly fades from the taste buds.

If you combine the Belgian brewing tradition with carefully selected ingredients and a well-balanced pallet of flavours, you get a blissful experience.
Petrus Blond is a heavenly thirst-quenching beer with a touch of fruitiness. Fine aromatic hops provide a subtle bitterness and a refreshing finish.
For bon vivants who expect that little bit extra, even from an easily drinkable beer. For social drinkers who love serving the finest quality to their companions. For gastronomes who want to explore the food-pairing possibilities of beer.

Petrus Blond

Golden blond, multigrain beer with a very persistent, lacing head. Scent: A complex smell, with a citrus aroma, followed by hop aromas such as Saaz, Brewers Gold and Amarillo. Flavour: Initially rather sweet, because of the alcohol. The intense taste and roundness mask the presence of high bitterness.

La Guillotine

Тёмный бельгийский эль отличается насыщенным, довольно плотным вкусом с оттенками сухофруктов, карамели и поджаренных кофейных зерен. В сухом послевкусии звучит тонкая фруктовая кислинка и приятная хмелевая горечь.

Abbe Brune | Аббе Брюн

Deliciously juicy cherries and one-year-old lambic combine in this award-winning Lindemans Kriek.

Due to the use of filtrate and pasteurisation, this kriek is sweeter and fruitier than Old Kriek Cuvée René, which undergoes a second fermentation process in the bottle. Thanks to its innovative flavour, it was a resounding success both here in Belgium as well as around the world. Nowadays, it is undoubtedly the reference kriek for consumers.
